We provide plenty of time for you to place your account on hold prior to deductions. Fabledish, our newsletter, is sent a minimum of 2 weeks prior and we also remind you in our socials!

Our subscribers are welcome to switch between box types EVERY month!! Your box, your choice!!

How to Switch Your Subscription

1. Log In to Your Account:

Visit our website and click on the “My Account” link in the top navigation menu.

Enter your login credentials to access your account dashboard.

2. Access Your Active Subscriptions:

In your account dashboard, click on “Subscriptions” to view your active subscriptions.

Find the subscription you want to switch.

3. Initiate the Switch:

Click the “Switch Subscription” button (Dark Grey Box) under to your current subscription.

A list of available subscription boxes will appear.

4. Select Your New Subscription:

Click on your new subscription choice.

5. Confirm the Switch:

It will take you to the ‘CART” to confirm your new subscription selection.

If applicable, your shipping cost will update automatically based on the new box selection and your location.

No funds should be charged to you AT ALL when you are switching!!

Check all the details then click “Switch Subscription”

Please note the little spinning wheel is high on the page so DON’T CLICK TWICE!!!.

Log in to your account and click on your subscription. Click ‘SUSPEND”. This will place your subscription on hold until you decide to ‘REACTIVATE’

There is no limit on skips per year however if a subscription is skipped for 6 consecutive months we will offer it to the next person on the waitlist.

You are welcome to skip a box month by logging into your account and clicking ‘SUSPEND’.

Please note that if a subscription is skipped for 6 consecutive months we will offer it to the next person on the waitlist.

You will need to contact us PRIOR TO SHIPPING to update your address on a processing order.

Our shipping carrier will deliver to the address you provided and if delivery is correct then you will not be eligible for any replacement.

To change you address please log in to your account.

Click on the address tab and update your billing and shipping address as needed.

Please note this does not change your address on any already processing orders. To update these you will need to email us at help@fabledco.au
