Shipping Update - 11th January

We hope this update finds you well! As we kick off 2025, we wanted to provide you with a comprehensive update on shipping progress for your boxes and sets.

Current Shipping Progress

• September & October Boxes:
  We are thrilled to share that 80% of these boxes have been shipped! The remaining shipments are being finalised and will be on their way shortly.
• SPC & Darling Sets:
  These highly anticipated sets are next in line for dispatch. Our team is preparing them now, and we will ensure they are sent out as quickly as possible.

Upcoming Dispatch Timeline

• November & December Boxes:
  These boxes are scheduled for dispatch in late January and early February. We’re working hard to ensure they reach you as soon as possible.
• January Books:
  These books are set to begin their journey to us within the next week. Once they arrive, our team will immediately begin preparing them for shipping.
• February & March Books:
  These books are already with the printer, keeping us on track to meet our distribution timeline for these months.

Shipping to Canada

Although the Canada Post strikes have ended, Auspost has informed us that shipments to Canada are still temporarily suspended due to the significant backlog and operational challenges caused by the strike. Auspost has assured us that they are monitoring the situation daily and will resume services as soon as Canada Post’s operations stabilize. Fingers crossed this happens very soon!

We understand how frustrating and disappointing this delay has been, and we sincerely wish we had better news to share with you right now.

The good news is that our dispatch team has your parcels carefully packed and ready to go. As soon as Auspost lifts the suspension, we’ll immediately ship your orders. You’ll receive an email from us with your tracking information and the expected shipping date for your long-awaited books.
