Shipping Update - December 2024

We hope this update finds you well and surrounded by great reads! At Fabled, we’re always working to bring you the best possible experience, so we wanted to share an update on our current shipping timelines, processes, and what’s happening behind the scenes.

Current Shipping Timelines

  • September and October Boxes: Our hardworking dispatch team is gearing up to send these out in the coming 2 weeks. These beautifully curated boxes are nearly ready to be on their way to you!
  • SPC Set: Following the shipment of the September and October boxes, the SPC sets will be dispatched right after. We’re excited for you to receive these highly anticipated editions!
  • Darling Set: The Darling set is on track to ship as planned, with dispatch anticipated for mid-January.
  • November and December Boxes: These boxes are expected to ship in late January. The timeline has been slightly delayed due to the Chinese New Year holiday, which impacted production and shipping schedules. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to get these boxes to you as quickly as possible.

Shop and Preorder Items

All shop orders and preorders are being processed and shipped from our headquarters in Perth, Western Australia. While we strive for speed, international orders may experience longer transit times due to carrier delays.

Why Do We Ship from Perth?

All Fabled boxes and shop items are shipped from our HQ in Perth to ensure consistency and quality. While this may mean slightly longer shipping times for our international customers, it allows us to keep all operations centralized and ensures the premium experience you’ve come to love.

Tracking Your Orders

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email so you can follow its journey to your doorstep. For the most accurate updates, we recommend keeping an eye on the tracking link provided.

Shipping Tips and Reminders

  • Customs & VAT Fees: For international orders, please note that customs and VAT fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.
  • Check Your Address: Before your next box ships, double-check that your address is up to date in your account to avoid any delivery issues.
