Exciting news for US Customers!!!

We are so excited to finally be able to say.....our containers are confirmed to be arriving at the new distribution centre on Monday 15th April '24 at 10am!!! (We added the date because this whole delayed nightmare has been 86 years long!!)

These containers include DDF, Blood Oath and December books.

As this is a bigger operation than our AU distribution we expect ALL of these to be shipping by the end of next week!

It has been a VERY delayed process getting these containers from LA to Texas and because of this we redirected US customers Jan books to our AU centre.

Our team in Australia is currently prepping all January orders and we do expect these to be on their way in the next 10 days!

If your tracking is pending this is because your label has been printed ready for the packing team. This is a Auspost system notification that can be frustrating as you watch your package NOT move for a while!! Please know this means it has been marked and prepped. The next scan into the system happens once the packages reach the sorting centre in Malaga so there is a weird lag in scanning between the two.

We are expecting the rest of the backlog to be sent by the end of this month. This is not the news we wanted and are trying to arrange as much air freight as we can to expedite the process.

We know how stressful and frustrating these delays have been. Our team has worked against such crazy delays that were right out of our hands! We could not be more sorry that this has happened and are so deeply grateful for such a supportive subscriber group.

This is the FIRST lot of delays that Fabled has experienced and it is definitely NOT a situation we want to ever happen again.

To ensure this, we have made significants changes moving forward. Much of the delay has stemmed from not just the initial shipping delays but with significant printer issues as we beg and plead for books that were submitted up to 6 months ago!!. There have been multiple ongoing delays with the printing of our books that have us tearing our hair out in frustration…and this insanity continues. 

So we made the decision to introduce some big change and will be sharing all the details in our May Fabledish!
